About the event
Safely Improve Height, Control & Line
Is your child working hard on their arabesque but not seeing it improve?
Do they get told to “lift higher” but aren’t sure how—or do they feel it in their lower back or hips?
This small-group workshop will help ballet students understand what’s limiting their arabesque and learn the key exercises to improve it safely and effectively.
