About the event

Do your teachers give you corrections on your turnout? Do you want to improve your turnout but aren't exactly sure how? Do you want to stop wasting time and discover the three essential exercises that will actually make a difference to your dancing?

If this sounds like you then good news, this workshop is for you!

During this workshop we will go through how to assess your active and passive hip range to determine what's limiting your turnout and if you can improve your turnout. Then you'll learn how to activate and strengthen your turnout muscles to accelerate your dance technique. Plus we'll include some tips on how to look after your hips.

What to wear: This workshop is practical and theoretical. Please wear comfortable dance attire.

What to bring: Some exercises will be on the floor. If you'd like to bring your own yoga/pilates mat, you're welcome to.

Who: This workshop is designed for ballet students 12years and older who are interested in improving turnout.

This event is capped at 20 students so get in quick to secure your spot!
